Mission Statement

St Martin's is an Australian, catholic, co-educational, primary school, founded in the Dominican tradition. We are committed to the development of the whole child, by engaging in quality learning and teaching in a nurturing, faith community.

Our Mission Statement clearly defines what we are on about at St Martin's. It was collaboratively prepared by parents, staff and students of St Martin's in 1997. It is used when policies are developed and implemented to constantly challenge and remind us of our role.

While this general statement offers us direction, its LIVED REALITY, states what we are doing at St Martin's. Under each element of our statement we can identify what we are doing to meet our mission. Below is listed a few of the key actions under each part.
